RE: Proposed New York City Trip
We are excited to begin the process of planning a trip to New York City! This trip will occur on February 20-23, 2020 and will include educational experiences in the city and an interactive Broadway workshop. Additionally, students will have an opportunity to visit city landmarks and to attend performances.
The total anticipated cost for this trip is $800. This cost includes:
● 6 meals: 3 breakfasts, 3 dinners
● 3 nights hotel accommodations: 4 per room
● All admissions to attractions
● One Broadway show
● Broadway workshop
● Transportation via. Charter Bus
In order to reserve a spot for this trip, Martin Middle School requires a $50 non-refundable deposit by September 27 at 12:00PM. All deposits must be turned in by this time to guarantee participation on this trip. After the September 27 deadline, we will determine if there are enough participants. If we do not have enough participants, the trip will be cancelled. Deposit money can be applied to other field trip costs in the event of a cancellation. All checks should be made out to Martin Middle School. Please include the name of the student in the “for” line. We suggest online payments.
